Experience, curiosity and a commitment to meaningful change

How we can work together
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. Coaching gives you time and space to explore a challenge, notice what’s getting in the way and decide what you want to do next. It can be useful at many points in life: when you are starting out, considering a change, rethinking what matters or trying to turn concern about the world into meaningful action.

Associate Certified CoachA little about me
I’m Edward Jospé, a London-based coach. I bring a varied professional life and a genuine interest in how people make sense of change, make decisions and move towards a future that feels more their own.
My approach is collaborative rather than prescriptive. I’ll listen carefully, ask questions and help you examine assumptions, see options and work out what feels right for you. You remain the expert on your own life.
My work starts with a simple idea: take the first step towards change and trust that clarity can follow. Often, the challenge is not only what is happening around us, but also the patterns of thought that shape how we respond. Coaching offers space to notice those patterns, reconnect with your values and discover new possibilities.
Where it is useful, I can also provide access to the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Operating System as one practical resource within our wider coaching work. It is an option, not a definition of my coaching practice.
My professional life has taken me through travel, business and hospitality, alongside work with people navigating change. That variety has taught me that there is rarely a single right answer: context matters, and the best way forward is one that makes sense for the person living it.
I have also completed the Climate Change Coaching Mastery course and studied counselling skills and mentoring. I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance.
A different setting
Sometimes a change of scene helps a conversation flow. My coaching walks combine time outdoors with space to think, reflect and explore what’s next.

Every coaching journey is different. Here are four reflections shared by people who have worked with me.
“I want you to know that I found our sessions very helpful and now feel I am back on track so thank you very much for your time and insights! It was lovely to have you as my coach.”
J Mc · Health coaching
“I worked with Edward for a few months. He was respectful and focused in our coaching calls, He asked questions and patiently listened until I figured out what needed to be done. As a result, I bumped my income by 10% and became more assertive.”
BD · Increasing income
“I'm very happy that I had a chance to be coached by Edward. He helped me to question some of my set beliefs and assumptions I had in relation to various topics. In our conversations and explorations, I felt very safe and knew I could also open up more sensitive topics. As a result, I was able to shift my perspective and move forward with more clarity, enthusiasm, and assertiveness. Thanks a lot, Edward!”
RH · Client review
“I came to Edward unclear on what I wanted to do going forward with my career and looking to shape a path for a future job that I would enjoy. Edward initially focussed on the fundamentals, prompting me to think broadly about my life, what I value and where I want to be in the long run. After working on this long term vision, he then helped me to establish an actionable plan to move forward, supported by the principles we had established earlier. I would definitely recommend Edward to anyone who is looking for a coach to help understand how they want to shape their future path!”

Alongside my independent practice, I work with coaching organisations and community initiatives that connect people with coaching, support professional development and contribute to social impact. My work with LinkUp London includes coaching in support of local communities.

My wider coaching work
I also co-founded TopHat Discovery CIC, a coaching-led social enterprise supporting people and organisations working towards a more sustainable and socially just world. Group and team coaching sit within this wider work.
